Julia Wunder Wins 2nd Award in the CAST IT Security Competition
Julia Wunder received 2nd Award in the CAST IT Security Competition for her Master’s thesis “Reliability Analysis of CVSSv3.1” under the supervision of Andreas Kurtz, Christian Eichenmüller and Zinaida Benenson. CVSS is a scoring system to determine severity of security vulnerabilities. Julia developed and conducted a survey with around 200 international CVSS evaluators, and showed that several CVSS metrics are not reliable. Congratulations to Julia, who now works on her PhD in the project Mythbuster at our lab!
